MK vs DC Fatalities are awesome

I was never good at Mortal Kombat, I’m a Street Fighter guy. But there was always one thing that made Mortal Kombat awesome: Fatalities. (Mind you i could never do them).  So enjoy all of the Fatalities (And Herioc Brutalities) from the newest MK.

Mirror’s Edge 2D looks more fun than the actual game

Now i like the concept of Mirror’s Edge, I’m just not convinced that it should be done in the first person. (that and Faith‘s face really bothers me) But Mirror’s Edge 2D is a flash game in the same style as the Portal Flash Game takes the 3D game and chops off a D. There’s only one level so the game is really short but it’s a great time waster (mind you a short one).

Oneechanbara Trailer is…. uh Girly?

Oneechanbara, the bikini zombie action games with girls who have gigantic jello boobs fighting zombies with japanese katanas. While i still can’t believe that they are releasing this game here, the trailer for the north american release is…  well… Anyway I played the first two levels of the japanese PS2 release. Now causing zombies to explode due to sexy poses is totally fucking sweet, the rest of the game was, to put it nicely, a piece of shit. I still can’t beleive this coming out here, i think that’s what bothers me the most.

Apathy has hit a new high

Wow, it’s been over a month since I wrote something.  And somehow I managed get over 1000 views due to the jerks who keep searching the term “lolicon”. It’s both funny and depressing and only furthers my beliefs that the internet is a horrible place (and the best place for porn). Now I do like attention but when it’s from stuff like this it makes me feel like I fail as a human being. My motivation to update the blog about nothing has hit a new low.  So what am I trying to say?

All I’m writing today is to say I’m back in Calgary for a while. And to complain but that’s nothing new.

Summer Anime Blowout!

Well the summer season has now hit which leaves me pretty bummed (since i thought it was the fall season, I’m suddenly really pumped for The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi) and now comes the time for a new set of shows to hit tvs. I thought i’d provide a list of which ones interest me and may post on the first episodes for impressions but we’ll see.

Ultraviolet: Code 044

So effectively its going to be like the so-awful-it-was-awesome movie Ultraviolet cept I’m assuming its based off the actual comic books. Looks like the seiyuu Paku Romi, (voices of Teresa from Claymore and Osaki Nana from Nana) is playing Violet so that’s probably the only positive thing i can take from this. But I’m going to be positively optimistic as opposed to automatically assuming it’s shit and hope it surprises me.
